What to Expect: From Booking to Your First Session

Taking the step to begin therapy is a big deal—and I’m so glad you’re here. Here’s exactly what you can expect from the moment you request an appointment to our very first session together. No guesswork, just clear and caring steps forward.

Step 1: Request Your Session

Request a session time that works for you. This kicks things off!

Step 2: Let’s Coordinate

You’ll hear back from me personally with available times within 24 hours. I’ll make it easy to find a spot that fits your schedule.

Step 3: Complete Your Intake Paperwork

Once we’ve got you on the calendar, you’ll receive intake paperwork via email from my CarePatron platform. This platform allows me to keep all your information HIPAA and GDPR-protected and secure. Ideally, this should be completed at least 48 hours before our session so I can get a sense of what you’re bringing in—and how I can best support you.

Step 4: Get Your Zoom Link + Calendar Invite

I’ll send you a Zoom link and a calendar invite directly to your email—everything you need to show up prepared and at ease for our 50-minute session.

Step 5: Our First Session

We’ll meet virtually on Zoom for 50 minutes of focused, grounded conversation. In most cases, by the end of this first session, I’ll be able to help you identify the core pattern your relationship is caught in—and what’s keeping you stuck. It’s powerful, clarifying, and the beginning of real movement.
