Steady: Nervous System Skills for Everyday Stress

Steady: Nervous System Skills for Everyday Stress is a free, experiential workshop offering practical tools to help you feel more grounded, regulated, and at ease in daily life.

Together, we’ll explore simple nervous system practices drawn from Safe and Sound Protocol–informed work that support regulation when you’re feeling overstimulated, overthinking, or shut down. This is not therapy, but a skills-based, educational space designed to help you build awareness and access steadiness you can return to again and again.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how your nervous system responds to stress—and a few practices you can use right away to support yourself between sessions, conversations, and daily demands.

SSP is a guided listening protocol that helps calm and regulate the nervous system using specially filtered music designed to support safety and connection.

This group is for people who are tired of feeling keyed up, easily overwhelmed, or emotionally reactive—and want their nervous system to settle so life feels easier, not harder.
