This class is for anyone who struggles with self-worth, perfectionism, boundaries, or feeling overly impacted by others’ emotions and expectations. It’s especially helpful if you find yourself trying to earn your value, having difficulty asking for what you want, saying no, or managing the urge to control outcomes or people. The course focuses on strengthening the Wise Adult Self — the emotionally mature part of you that can step out of reactive, triggered states and make grounded, intentional choices. Through structured teaching and practical skill-building, participants learn to recognize threat responses and cultivate greater emotional regulation and self-leadership. Each session includes a formal lecture with handouts, time for participant questions, and access to recorded audio lectures for ongoing review between classes.
