Steady: Nervous System Skills for Everyday Stress is a free, experiential workshop offering practical tools to help you feel more grounded, regulated, and at ease in daily life.

Together, we’ll explore simple nervous system practices drawn from Safe and Sound Protocol–informed work that supports regulation when you’re feeling overstimulated, overthinking, or shut down.

This is not therapy, but a skills-based, educational space designed to help you build awareness and access steadiness you can return to again and again.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how your nervous system responds to stress—and a few practices you can use right away to support yourself between sessions, conversations, and daily demands.

Every particpant with receive a nervous system workbook with instructions and the science behind the practices. There is nothing required to join in, and you don’t need any prior knowledge.
